Honda Cub Project

Stripped down to the bare metal and a ground up rebuild for this 20 year old Honda Cub 90.

Every nut and bolt.

The wee legend had 55,000 miles on her, and 5 years of racing!
She came apart quickly and easily
Original paint was removed with a chemical wash and then any imperfections were filled and sanded
Nearly ready for priming, not the pillion pegs are removed
Mock up
Spectral 2pac primer
makes for a very smooth and even finish

2nd Mock up, rolling chassis with motor, no wiring or controls
New home made loom. the hardest part of the whole process. endless hours
No chain, but everything else is going together nicely
sweeeeetttt!!
